Classes with Lisa Lisa welcomes you to her open yoga classes: posture, breath, meditation, contemplation and awareness combine. Each class is unique, offering both nourishment and challenge in an artistically-crafted exploration centred on a particular theme. Elements of her classes and style remain consistent, while others change to reflect the week's focus. A class with Lisa is not like watching a performance- it is an interactive experience. Through the medium of yoga postures and techniques, Lisa seeks to offer you something more than a 'pose': some understanding of yourself that you can use in your day-to-day life.

Check-in may take a moment, and it's best not to arrive in a frenzy if that can be avoided. -Wear comfortable clothing, and avoid eating for about an hour before class so that you're not uncomfortable as you move. -Mobile phones are not allowed in the classroom- use this time to connect inwardly. -Please notify Lisa of any injuries or special needs before class begins -Always look after yourself- if you need to rest, do so. If you need a little longer in a stretch, enjoy it for a bit. Classes are there to support you while also offering a cohesive experience. -Assists and adjustments are there to support you- to help you find alignment and depth. If you prefer not to have any hands-on assists, please indicate your preference- no problem!
