Classes with Lisa Lisa welcomes you to her open yoga classes: posture, breath, meditation, contemplation and awareness combine. Each class is unique, offering both nourishment and challenge in an artistically-crafted exploration focussed on a particular theme. Elements of her classes and style remain consistent, while others change to reflect the week's emphasis. A class with Lisa is not like watching a performance- it is an interactive experience. Through the medium of yoga postures and techniques, Lisa seeks to offer you something more than a 'pose': some understanding of yourself that you can use in your day-to-day life.
