Home Practice Workshop! Sunday 16 May 5 -7 pm @ triyoga

Choose Use Practices to Support Your Life

Learn to make your yoga practice a constant and supportive companion in the care of your body, mind and spirit, so that you can live this life with love. In this two hour workshop you'll learn how to identify your needs and create a sequence for home practice day to day, and, over time, helping you to live a more balanced, easeful and joyful life. Learn how you can create:

  • an energising practice
  • a calming / balancing practice
  • a sleep-focussed practice
  • the critical path to freedom - choosing/sequencing poses and practices to open different parts of the body get into more challenging 'apex' poses.
  • The session will begin with your questions and involve some practice, some discussion and references to a wealth of resources to support you. You'll review the key preparations for challenging poses, and the properties/effects of different classes of poses to empower you to choose your practice. Students on this workshop should have a basic knowledge/experience of level 1 yoga poses. Come with questions about meeting specific practice needs. Some follow-up mentoring by email or via facebook is available in the month after the workshop.
